We partner across the company—Finance, GTM, Engineering, and People—to implement tools, automate workflows, and ensure data flows securely and accurately. Our scope includes enterprise applications, integrations, data platform and analytics, compliance automation, and all things IT.What You’ll DoOwn and evolve the business technology strategy across Go-To-Market technologyLead GTM technology spanning CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, customer success.Design and maintain end-to-end system integrations to enable clean data flow and reduce manual work across functionsRun structured intake, prioritization, and governance processes for business technology initiativesTranslate business requirements into clear functional designs and partner with IT and vendors on executionEvaluate and introduce AI-powered capabilities, including workflow automation and decision support, where they deliver measurable business valueLead vendor selection, roadmap alignment, renewals, and cost optimization across the business technology portfolioDrive adoption through process design, documentation, training, and change managementYouHave 13+ years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue/GTM Technology or Enterprise Applications.Have experience with GTM technologies such as Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), marketing automation platforms, sales engagement tools, and customer success systemsHave experience with CLM platforms and contract-to-revenue workflowsPossess a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and how they can be applied to automate workflows, surface insights, and improve decision-making in business systemsAre comfortable evaluating AI-enabled tools and thoughtfully integrating them into existing processes and platformsUnderstand system integrations, APIs, and data flows well enough to design scalable, low-friction solutions (even if you’re not writing code daily)Can translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholdersThrive in ambiguity and can balance short-term business needs with long-term platform healthBring a strong sense of ownership and bias toward actionNice to HaveHands-on exposure to Salesforce ecosystem tools (CPQ, billing, sales engagement, RevOps tooling.Experience Implementing and integrating GTM tools with finance, identity, and data platformsExperience working with CLM platforms such as Ironclad, Icertis, Conga, or similarExperience implementing or governing AI-powered workflows, copilots, or agent-based systemsFamiliarity with data platforms, analytics tools, or SaaS metrics used by GTM and People teamsExperience applying LLMs / AI to business workflowsBackground in high-growth SaaS or AI-native companiesSalary Range InformationThe annual salary range for this position has been set based on market data and other factors.
