We transform complex engineering work into intuitive self-serve products, making sophisticated AI capabilities accessible to both technical and non-technical Customer Experience teams.About the RoleYou'll be a full-stack product engineer building the tools that empower customers to create and optimize their AI agents. This means working closely with the Agent Software Engineering and Agent PM teams to understand current workflows, then designing elegant abstractions and interfaces that scale those capabilities across our customer base. You’ll work day-to-day with the core product and design teams, joining discovery, defining requirements, reviewing designs, and iterating through launch.In this role, you willEliminate manual engineering work by building self-serve functionality for agent configuration, training, and deploymentCreate AI-powered tools that enable non-technical teams to create and manage sophisticated workflows without writing codeDesign configuration abstractions that balance power and simplicity - handling diverse use cases while remaining accessible to non-technical teamsBuild monitoring and analytics that surface actionable insights, helping customers identify where their agents can improveOwn features end-to-end, from technical architecture through deployment and iterationYour background looks something like this4+ years building full-stack software products with strong product thinkingProficient in TypeScript and/or Python, comfortable working across the entire stackExperience translating complex technical capabilities into simple, usable interfacesTrack record of balancing technical excellence with pragmatic shippingEven betterExperience building developer tools, APIs, platforms, or internal tools that became customer-facingBackground with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agent systemsFamiliarity with asynchronous programming and building scalable systemsExperience with observability, data visualization, or analytics productsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision benefitsTake what you need vacation policyDaily lunches, dinners, and snacks in the office to keep you at your bestCompensation$250K – $330K + Offers Equity
