ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a high-octane, revenue-driven Sales Manager, Consumer to own performance across our Direct (1P) and Retail Partner (3P) channels. You will sit at the heart of our go-to-market engine, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and "best-in-class" execution. From building complex Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to leading local sales teams, you will be the primary architect of our commercial growth, ensuring Peloton remains a preferred partner in the retail landscape. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Drive end-to-end sales results for 1P and 3P channels, utilizing data-driven forecasting (in partnership with FPA) to close gaps and unlock growth Lead and coach the local sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance Champion process improvements and sales enablement initiatives to improve unit economics and lower customer acquisition costs (CAC) Develop and execute multi-year JBPs and account plans that align strategic pillars and drive mutual profitability Act as the primary commercial lead for 3P partners, establishing deep, multi-functional ties to ensure Peloton is the "Partner of Choice" Lead contract renewals and QBR/MBR cycles, leveraging a deep understanding of partner PLs to negotiate terms that create shared value Evaluate and pitch new potential partnerships to senior leadership, backed by rigorous financial and strategic assessment Orchestrate complex projects across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Legal to ensure seamless channel launches and retail initiatives Provide executive-level reporting and actionable insights for internal leadership forums to steer the broader business strategy YOU BRING TO PELOTON Extensive experience in sales leadership or account management, ideally within the consumer, retail, or tech sectors A deep understanding of channel dynamics, unit economics, and the ability to navigate complex PL structures Excellent communication skills with the "executive presence" needed to influence both internal stakeholders and external retail partners Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel to transform raw data into a compelling sales narrative A self-starter mindset with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments #LI-KN1 #LI-Hybrid ABOUT PELOTON: Peloton (NASDAQ: PTON) provides Members with expert instruction, and world class content to create impactful and entertaining workout experiences for anyone, anywhere and at any stage in their fitness journey.
