As a Manager of Scaled Technical Success, you will act as a "player-coach," balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution. You will architect our digital-first success model while directly managing a team and carrying a segment of the business. This is a unique opportunity to lead a global team and drive innovation in how we secure software at scale, ensuring our customers thrive as AI reshapes the development lifecycle. What You’ll Do: Lead and Mentor: Manage a team of Scaled Technical Success Managers (TSMs), providing direct coaching, shadowing calls, and identifying training needs to foster a winning mindset. Architect Scaled Strategy: Design and execute the global strategy for scaled customer success, translating technical best practices into automated, one-to-many digital engagements. Direct Engagement: Operate as a "player" by spending a portion of your time managing top strategic accounts and leading key internal initiatives as a visible SME. Drive Operational Excellence: Use data-driven insights and AI-powered tools to identify customer trends, predict risks, and trigger proactive interventions. Own Business Outcomes: Accountable for gross and net retention targets for your segment, ensuring your team’s activities align with corporate sales and performance requirements. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure the "voice of the customer" influences the product roadmap and corporate strategy. What You Bring: Proven Leadership: Approximately 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with at least 2 years of direct management experience in a fast-paced tech environment. Strategic & Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of DevOps environments and the ability to solution-consult the implementation of security products. Operational Rigor: Experience using data and CS platforms (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce) to evaluate business trends and drive team performance. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of SaaS models, customer lifecycle management, and the "how" behind attaining retention targets through strategic programs. Bias for Action: Curiosity and initiative to challenge the status quo and develop new methods for customer success.
