THE OPPORTUNITY FockSafety.com http://FockSafety.com serves as the central hub for marketing, a key resource for sales, and the primary driver of lead generation across hundreds of thousands of monthly visitors. The Web Experience Manager will own the website experience end to end, with a primary focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO/AEO management, and site experience improvements. This role will build and scale our A/B testing program through VWO, manage our SEO program in partnership with our agency, and develop our emerging AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategy to ensure Flock is discoverable in AI powered search. This person will partner with Brand/Creative on web page builds and project management, allowing them to focus on the high-impact strategic and technical work that drives pipeline. THE SKILLSET - 5+ years of experience in managing and optimizing websites for high-growth companies - Expert user of Webflow or similar CMS - Proven track record of driving results through A/B testing programs with tools like VWO, Optimizely, or similar tools - Strong understanding of CRO methodology, hypothesis development, test design, statistical significance, and iteration - Independent self-starter, capable of taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion - Deep knowledge of technical SEO and experience managing SEO agencies - Familiarity with AEO concepts and AI driven search optimization - Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC) - Experience with martech tools such as Qualified (chatbot), VWO, 6sense, and personalization platforms - Proficient in website content management and strategy and a deep understanding of current web best practices and technologies - Ability to manage agency partners and internal stakeholders cross-functionally - Understanding of HTML/CSS for website customization - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize high impact work over reactive requests - A shared passion in our mission to eliminate crime Feeling uneasy that you haven’t ticked every box?
