In this role, you’ll drive global recruiting efforts across our Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams. You’ll bring deep expertise in high volume recruiting and excitement to help revolutionize how sales and other GTM teams are built. This is a pivotal year for Clay. You'll lead aggressive hiring initiatives across our SF, NYC, and London offices, establishing recruiting systems and processes that will define our growth trajectory for years to come. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators. Continue to build out our GTM recruiting team for the growth ahead. - Lead high-volume recruiting strategy for GTM roles at all levels - think roles like SDR, AE, AM, CSM, Solutions Engineering, but done the Clay way. You'll be involved in headcount planning discussions for these teams, too. - Establish and track recruiting metrics that will help us reach our goals, and become a more disciplined recruiting function. - Collaborating with leadership on strategic aspects of recruiting.
