We're looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager, someone who lives for clean data, loves optimizing systems and processes, and genuinely gets excited about making recruiters' lives easier. As our RecOps Manager, you’ll help us get the most out of Ashby and other tools in our recruiting tech stack, use automation tools and AI to smooth out everything from our sourcing motion to our offer process, and you’ll help us understand how we’re progressing against our goals. Not least of all, you’ll manage our amazing coordinator team! WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own our Ashby instance end-to-end: configuration, integrations, best practices, and ongoing optimization. You're the go-to expert when something needs fixing or improving, and you proactively identify what's next before anyone asks. - Build and own our recruiting analytics — design dashboards and reporting infrastructure that give the team real-time visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion, time-to-fill, source quality, and more.
