WHAT YOU’LL DO In this role, you will play a key part in diverse initiatives across our international payments platform. We highly value your expertise in constructing, designing, and engineering payment systems, whether it's a gateway, acquiring, issuing, or equivalent. If you're not already familiar, you'll gain comprehensive knowledge of Visa and Mastercard payment platforms. Collaboration with the payments product team and occasional interaction with partners' engineering teams are encouraged. As a vital member of our core acquiring payment team, you'll contribute to building the next-generation Payment Acceptance infrastructure with a constant focus on Merchant needs. This role is based in Amsterdam. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design and implement new capabilities aligned with our product roadmap - Develop various REST services and integration components within a backend microservices architecture, connecting with our React frontend - Conduct architectural reviews for current and upcoming solutions - Address tech debt, and enhance operational effectiveness WHO YOU ARE We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role.
