THIS ROLE IS BASED IN SINGAPORE, WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO RELOCATE AND WORK IN A FAST-GROWING, GLOBALLY CONNECTED TECH ECOSYSTEM. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE - Product Management Experience - Must have direct, hands-on Product Manager (PM) experience - Candidates who transitioned from Software Engineering to Product Management are acceptable - Startup experience is preferred, especially in roles with broad responsibility or founder-level exposure CURRENT/RECENT ROLES - Product Manager or Startup Founder, ideally with end-to-end product ownership Domain Expertise - Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction in ambiguous environments - Experience building or scaling products in enterprise software or other complex, technical domains (Fintech experience is not mandatory) - Proven track record of delivering products in technically challenging spaces Soft Skills & Leadership - Ability to engage deeply with technical topics and stakeholders - Strong communication skills: well-spoken, confident, and able to represent the company in enterprise client-facing situations - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity for teams and stakeholders APPLICANT SAFETY POLICY: FRAUD AND THIRD-PARTY RECRUITERS To protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process.
