WHAT YOU’LL DO We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the region. As a key member of the SEA leadership team, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that resonate with our target audiences and align with our global objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that encompass brand building, demand generation, and customer engagement across multiple channels. Surface and champion customer insights that enrich our understanding of our target audience, and craft a value proposition that resonates with key segments. - Integrated Campaigns: Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, content marketing, SEO, ABM, and performance marketing, to drive measurable business outcomes. - Performance marketing: Drive scalable demand generation campaigns to deliver user growth via performance marketing, SEO, influencers, and more - Field marketing: including first and third party events, comarketing with partners, product launches and ABM - Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise the impact of marketing initiatives. - Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand Airwallex's presence in Southeast Asia, t ...
