What you'll do: As a Staff Product Manager, GTPN (Global Treasury & Payment Network), you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our customer-facing API platform, enabling global treasury and payment solutions at scale. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and leadership to deliver innovative, scalable, and secure API products that empower our customers and partners to build next-generation financial experiences. This is a high-impact, strategic role with the opportunity to shape the future of global payments and financial infrastructure. This role is based in San Francisco. Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for GTPN APIs, from ideation to delivery and ongoing optimization. - Develop and champion the strategic vision and roadmap for the platform, balancing long-term innovation with short-term business needs. - Engage directly with enterprise customers, developers, and partners to understand their needs, gather feedback, and validate product features. - Translate complex use cases into scalable, secure, and intuitive APIs in collaboration with engineering teams. - Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, sales, compliance, and data science—to deliver impactful solutions. - Use data-driven methods to define and measure success metrics, prioritize requirements, and communicate plans and launches. - Represent GTPN in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and enterprise partners. - Mentor and lead other product managers, with the opportunity to grow into a broader leadership role. - Stay ahead of industry trends in payments, APIs, and financial technology, and leverage AI/ML where relevant to drive product innovation. Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
