WHAT YOU'LL DO As Senior Manager, Risk Operation AI Enablement, you will be at the forefront of transforming our risk operations through AI. You will partner with operations, product, and engineering teams to identify, prototype, and deploy AI solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and proactive risk control. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for whom thrives at the intersection of operational excellence and technical innovation. This role is based in Singapore. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work with different Operations teams to identify high-impact AI use cases and lead the design and execution of proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility and business value. - Collaborate with Engineering to deploy successful AI solutions into production, ensuring robust integration with existing workflows and systems. - Continuously monitor and analyze AI agent performance post go-live, iterating on models and workflows to optimize accuracy, efficiency, and business outcomes. - Rapidly build and iterate on operational AI tools using low-code or no-code platforms, empowering Ops teams to scale solutions with minimal engineering bottlenecks. - Act as the bridge between Operations, Engineering, Data Science, and Compliance, ensuring alignment and effective execution of AI initiatives. - Ensure all AI solutions adhere to regulatory requirements, internal governance standards, and best practices for responsible AI in financial services. - Shape and drive strategic initiatives to uplift risk management, operational efficiency, and customer experience through AI. WHO YOU ARE We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
