ABOUT THE TEAM The SME & Growth Business team at Airwallex is a passionate group of collaborators and business champions dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to thrive in the global economy. WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Inbound Sales Development Representative at Airwallex, you will join our fast-growing and dynamic team to drive Airwallex’s future growth engine. You will challenge the norms, never settle, and relentlessly find a way to create an even better experience for future clients. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of small and medium enterprise (SME) leads, ranging from qualifying, pitching, onboarding and activating new clients. You will also collaborate closely with the Marketing and Channel Partnerships teams to refine our ideal customer profile. As a key member of the Growth team, you will also share valuable insights that will help create an even better experience for future clients.
