WHAT YOU’LL DO As Senior Product Manager, Regulatory Reporting, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our regulatory reporting capabilities across multiple jurisdictions. You will ensure our platform meets evolving regulatory obligations while building scalable, automated, and data-driven reporting infrastructure. You will work closely with Compliance, Risk, Finance, Data, Engineering, and regional stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into robust product solutions. This role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on comfort with data (including advanced SQL skills), and the ability to balance regulatory precision with scalable product thinking. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the product strategy and roadmap for regulatory reporting across key markets - Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and scalable system designs - Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to proactively anticipate regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation - Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to design and build automated, accurate, and audit-ready reporting pipelines - Leverage SQL and data analysis to validate reporting logic, investigate discrepancies, and ensure data integrity - Define reporting data models, governance standards, and reconciliation frameworks - Drive process automation to reduce manual operational overhead and improve reporting accuracy - Establish success metrics, monitor reporting performance, and continuously improve reliability and scalability - Act as the key product point of contact during regulatory audits and reviews WHO YOU ARE We ...
