Senior Product Designer Location: Remote (US) | Reports to: CTO About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design for a cross‑functional product team and shape the future of 15Five’s platform. You’ll define product direction with Product and Engineering partners, create intuitive and scalable experiences, and deliver high‑quality solutions to complex enterprise challenges. You’ll operate with autonomy, influence strategy, and contribute to a culture grounded in Best‑Self Management and continuous growth.
