As a Senior Web Infrastructure Engineer, you will lead the web development process and build products from inception to deployment. We also work closely with cross-functional teams like design, product management, and internal platforms to deliver high-impact features within multidisciplinary product teams.</p> <p>This individual will be helping solve challenges on, a web first, high-performance and world-class trading product centered on the web.</p> <p><strong>This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, or Toronto, ON office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.</strong></p> <p>At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.</p> <br><strong>What you’ll do</strong></div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Own and deliver medium to large-scale infrastructure projects that support and scale web development at Robinhood.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Build and maintain performant, reliable tooling for CI/CD, build systems (e.g., Bazel), and local development environments.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Partner with product engineering teams across Brokerage and Legend to identify and resolve frontend infrastructure bottlenecks.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Optimize the performance, stability, and observability of our web platform and deployment pipeline.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Optimize the performance and UX of key parts of our flagship web applications.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Drive initiatives that improve developer velocity and satisfaction across the engineering org.</li> </ul> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong>What you bring</strong></div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border=& ...
