Senior Customer Operations Specialist

To build our German team, we are looking for a self-driven customer operations specialist, who is striving to deliver the best customer service to our customers. In this founding phase, you will be among the first team members to actively engage with our customers in all matters related to customer operations. This customer-facing role will focus on ensuring that our customers have delightful, memorable experiences.
