As a Data Analyst, you will drive visibility into complex data workflows, improve operational efficiency, and deliver actionable insights that directly impact client outcomes and program success. Your work will play a critical role in shaping how data is processed, measured, and optimized at scale. \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 1. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights 2. Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports for real-time monitoring of key metrics 3. Work closely with Program, Product, and Operations teams to understand data needs and improve workflows 4. Investigate data issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive process improvements 5. Develop and optimize data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow 6. Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical solutions 7. Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including client-facing scenarios 8. Drive continuous improvements in data quality, efficiency, and overall program performance \-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ---- 1. 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence or related fields 2. Strong SQL and Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation 3. Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) 4. Experience working with large datasets to generate insights and support decision-making 5. Experience building dashboards and automated reporting solutions (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio) 6.
