Proposal Specialist (EMEA) -German Speaking

Role Summary  The Proposal Specialist supports EMEA sales and partner teams by owning and coordinating high-quality customer proposals and RFT/RFP/RFI/RFQ responses. The role blends strong project management with excellent writing and collaboration skills to produce accurate, compliant, and persuasive proposal content on time. You will act as a central hub, bringing together inputs from sales, technical teams, legal, pricing, services, and operations to deliver exceptional customer-facing documentation. For partner-led proposals, you will facilitate internal input and collaborate with the channel partner’s proposal team to ensure consistency and compliance with customer requirements.
