Well, we are looking for a Staff Product Manager, Mobile who will bring deep expertise in native mobile applications, a keen eye for UX, and are ready to tackle how AI will change how users interact with technology. You will report to the Head of Product Management and will be responsible for crafting the vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive adoption of Calendly on iOS &amp; Android, and increase the impact that they have on activation and retention metrics.</p> <h4><strong>A day in the life of a Staff Product Manager, Mobile at Calendly<br><br><em>*This is a hybrid position located in the Bay Area; the expectation is to go into the San Francisco office 2 times a week.</em><br></strong></h4> <p>You will be working in an environment where collegial sparring is key to the best ideas, and you will also be encouraged to use your creativity and drive to bring new features and ideas to market! You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Experience and Product leadership to ensure the defined product outcomes, and customer satisfaction goals are met.</p> <h4><strong>On a typical day, you will be working on:</strong></h4> <ul> <li> <p>Defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap around ensuring Calendly is the best possible companion to help our ICPs get critical jobs done from their mobile devices</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop a new AI-powered scheduling experience that drives growth from the new user sign-up phase all the way to expansion within enterprise teams</p> </li> <li> <p>Staying up-to-date on the ecosystem that Calendly operates within, as well as the emerging needs/expectations of our customers to ensure that Calendly continues to be indispensable to getting their jobs done</p> </li> <li> <p>Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users</p> </li> <li> <p>Drive user research and analyze metrics that inform product success and health</p> </li> </ul> <h4><strong>What do we need from you?</strong></h4> <ul> <li> <p>8+ years of experience in Product Management (with at least 2 years on iOS/Android platforms)</p> </li> <li> <p>A passion for AI with a strong understanding of the evolving AI landscape</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience driving the development and growth of modern B2B SaaS products, particularly in the Productivity category</p> </li> <li> <p>Top notch analytical abilities to drive prioritization of feature builds and experiments</p> </li> <li> <p>Keen product sense, with a deep empathy for customers; highly motivated to ‘remove the pain’ and power a frictionless experience for customers</p> </li> <li> <p>Solid understanding of the various needs across key B2B customer personas - Sales, Recruitment, Customer Success, Marketing</p> </li> <li> <p>Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time<br><br></p> </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Tier 1 Salary Hiring Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$237,305.04</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$300,121.08 USD</span></div></div><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Tier 2 Sala ...
