Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - North & East India Job Level: Individual Contributor Total Experience: 12+ Years Primary Skill Sets: Hunter Role, New Logo Business, Executing Sales Strategy, Selling SIEM, Operations Management, Negotiate Contracts Secondary Skill Sets: Develop, Mentor, Recruit, and Retain Resellers & Partners. Summary: The primary objective of our Regional Sales Manager is to generate new sales from existing accounts within the North & East India territories. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with internal teams to drive business opportunities from initial prospecting through negotiation to contract close. This is a quota-carrying role and critical to the continued growth and success of Securonix. Responsibilities: Meet and/or exceed your quota by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities at enterprise companies. Develop territory and account plans. Create and implement strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets. Prioritize and lead sales activities by planning accounts and territories. Identify new customers.
