Summary: We are seeking a  SaaS Ops GenAI and Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions that enhance reliability, scalability, and efficiency across SaaS Ops  environments. This role combines deep operational understanding with  cutting-edge  Generative AI and automation engineering skills to reduce manual intervention, accelerate root cause analysis (RCA), and enable self-healing infrastructure within Spark, EKS, and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: AI-Driven  S aaSOps Automation Design and deploy GenAI-enabled workflows that support proactive incident detection, RCA  summarization  and resolution automation. Integrate LLM-based copilots (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or internal GPT models) with SaaSOps tools for smart troubleshooting and impact summaries. Implement automation logic to handle Spark job failures, pipeline restarts, and alert remediation without human intervention.
