Job Title: Front Office Job Type: Staff Level Reports To: Supervisor/Property Manager Role Purpose: Welcoming guests warmly, assisting with the check-in and check-out process, and providing friendly and courteous service in meeting all guest needs. Main Responsibilities: Ensuring timely and accurate service to guests Assisting with the check-in and check-out process Handling complaints and fulfilling guest requests Facilitating communication between guests and relevant departments within the company, and providing necessary information Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of the front area and front desk Experience and Qualifications Required: Previous experience working as a front office/receptionist Possess a valid Driver's License (SIM A) will be a plus point Proficient in English Pleasant appearance Familiar with using computer Good guest relations and communication skills Problem-solving skills Friendly, honest, and detail-oriented
