Job Description

Location: San Francisco 🌍 We’re making security suck less for developers. Security tools haven’t kept up with how software is built today. They interrupt teams, slow releases, and turn security into a bottleneck instead of a capability. We built Aikido to change that. Aikido builds developer-first security products that reduce real risk without getting in the way of shipping software. We focus on what actually matters and automate the rest. We’re taking on legacy security tools teams have been stuck with, and we’re winning. If you want to help us take market share and build products developers actually enjoy using, you’re in the right place. Founded in 2022 by third-time founders, Aikido has $85M in the bank, a long runway ahead, and unicorn status. We’re building toward self-securing software. Join an all-star team. Take real ownership. Push boundaries. Build things that matter. We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager focused on our existing customers. This role is all about helping customers get more value from Aikido, adopt more of the product, and expand over time. You’ll work closely with Customer Success and Account Management to turn product capabilities into real usage and growth across our customer base. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes working closely with customers, moving fast, and building things from scratch. Responsibilities Drive product adoption across our customer base Turn new features and releases into clear, simple customer-facing communication Build onboarding, “what’s new,” and education flows that actually get used Help customers understand how to use more of the platform Support account expansion and growth Partner with CS and AM to identify expansion opportunities Create materials and campaigns that drive usage across teams and modules Help move customers from single-use to full-platform adoption Own customer-facing product marketing Build decks, one-pagers, and enablement for CS and sales Translate technical features into clear business value for customers Help shape how we position the product post-sale Be the bridge between customers and product Bring feedback from customers back to product and engineering Help prioritize what matters based on real usage and friction Support beta programs and early feature rollouts Support customer marketing and proof points Capture customer wins and turn them into lightweight stories, quotes, and references Help build trust with future customers through real usage examples
