Director of People

As the Director of People at Qualifyze, you will be responsible for owning and executing the end-to-end people strategy, ensuring it directly supports our business goals and growth ambitions. In the next year, you will partner closely with the CEO and Leadership Team to support the transition to target department operating models, strengthen the capability and confidence of our people leaders, and embed our reward philosophy. Reporting to our Founder and CEO, and leading core people functions including Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Partnering, Workplace, and Reward, you will operate as a hands-on, dynamic, commercial, and data-driven senior HR leader. This role is driven by execution and focuses on embedding our existing people products and frameworks while continuing to shape pragmatic people initiatives and improvements that support our high-impact, outcome-focused culture.
