About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across a variety of roles, including software, hardware and design. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and team goals
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (sourcing → offer → close)
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit
Coordinate and improve interview processes with hiring teams
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first touch through onboarding
Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.)
Stay current on market trends and compensation benchmarks
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
4+ years of technical recruiting experience
Experience with in-house recruiting
Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineers or Software engineer
Strong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting roles
Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing
Comfort with reviewing, evaluating and reporting on recruiting data
Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
Comfortable working in a fast pace ever changing environment, with little to no guidance
