About the position Altruist is in the midst of an exceptional growth phase and we’re excited to hire a Junior IT Support Engineer (Contract) to join our growing organization. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco (FiDi), requiring 30 hours per week and at least three days in the office. What you’ll do Provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Conduct corporate training sessions Assist with onboarding-offboarding Maintain the daily performance of computer systems and conference room equipment. Help with maintaining IT asset and inventory management Performs other related duties and projects as requested or assigned What you’ll bring 1-3 years of experience Experience with Mac and PC Operating Systems Basic knowledge of AI/Automation workflow building (Okta workflows, Google Apps Script, N8N) Experience with G Suite and Google Admin Experience with OKTA, Jamf, and Kaseya-VSA Experience with Google Meet and Zoom conferencing equipment Preferred Experience with Atlassian apps (Confluence, Jira) Basic knowledge of Active Directory Computer and Printer Support New computer hardware and software builds, using imaging software Familiarity with Office 365 Suite - some knowledge of Outlook may be required What we bring Attracting and retaining top-tier talent is a priority.
