Our strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of both companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.2;"> </p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Legend Biotech is seeking an <strong>Research & Development Intern </strong>as part of the <strong>Novel Car Design</strong> team based in <strong>Somerset, NJ</strong>.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Role Overview</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">This internship will focus on advancing our assessment of<em> in vivo</em> CAR T cell platform. This role will provide hands-on experience in preclinical research and adoptive cell therapy, providing the intern with the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge experiments and data analysis that drive innovation in our research program.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in the execution of laboratory experiments, including mammalian cell culture, virus preparation, and immunological and biochemical assays.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform transfections for virus production and assess viral titers using flow cytometry–based and ELISA-based assays.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Conduct PBMC transduction and perform immunoassays to screen and validate candidates with improved efficacy and safety profiles.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform cytotoxicity assays, immunophenotyping, and cytokine analyses.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"&g ...
