<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contractor) provides high-volume coordination and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring team experience through accurate scheduling, timely communication, and reliable data/process execution. This is a hands-on role focused on interview coordination, job posting maintenance, TA data entry/trackers, travel &amp; expense tracking, and preboarding support (background check validation, documentation, communications, and auditing).</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
