This role focuses on building talent pipelines, executing sourcing strategies, and supporting key initiatives across the TA/TI function. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin, enabling effective engagement with our China Team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This individual will partner closely with recruiters, the TI team, and hiring managers to understand role requirements and proactively identify talent that aligns with organizational hiring principles.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong><em>*This is a contract position with an initial 12-month duration.
