This individual will execute recruitment strategies partnering with HRBP and Hiring Managers to identify and fill vacancies and proactively pipeline talent.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Manage full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure successful talent acquisition from sourcing strategy, execution, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management/negotiation, hiring and onboarding.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Execute talent sourcing strategies and build pipeline of passive talent to meet current or anticipated talent needs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proactively build and develop relationships with hiring managers, HRBP, and cross functional teams to deliver talent needs, provide consultation, and improve efficiency.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Educate business clients in the use of interviewing techniques, recommended resources, assessing and ...
