Job Description
Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Figma Weave is a powerful new addition to the Figma platform that expands how teams generate, adapt, and scale creative work. As part of this journey, we’re looking for a Product Manager to help shape the next phase of Weave’s growth. This PM will play a central role in defining how Figma Weave evolves to support broader audiences, more flexible workflows, and scalable creative output. You’ll work at the intersection of design systems, structured workflows, automation, and AI-enabled creation; helping teams produce high-quality, on-brand work at scale while preserving the creative intent behind it. If you're excited about building tools that expand creative leverage and unlock new ways of working across teams, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do at Figma Weave:
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Figma Weave as it expands to serve new user segments and use cases
Identify opportunities to make structured, node-based workflows more intuitive, adaptable, and accessible to a broader range of creators
Develop abstraction layers and editing capabilities that allow teams to modify and extend existing workflows without sacrificing quality or consistency
Shape capabilities that enable users to generate variations and new outputs efficiently within defined creative systems
Balance foundational investments with user-facing improvements to support both immediate adoption and long-term scalability
Translate complex systems and workflow concepts into clear, compelling narratives for cross-functional stakeholders
Establish success metrics around workflow adoption, output quality, scalability, and user impact
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
6+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager
Experience building products that support structured workflows or multi-step creation pipelines
Strong product intuition paired with the ability to operate in technically complex environments
A track record of expanding products to new audiences while preserving depth for power users
Experience balancing flexibility and guardrails in user-facing systems
Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to align teams around ambitious, evolving strategies
Comfort navigating ambiguity and defining structure in emerging product spaces
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience working on creative tools, node-based tools, automation platforms, or generative AI products
Familiarity with motion design, brand systems, or large-scale content production workflows
Background in scaling products from early-stage adoption to broader market reach
Experience supporting multiple personas within a single product ecosystem
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
