Associate, Partner Marketing

What is the Role Elastic’s Partner Marketing team supports programs and experiences that help partners engage customers and support adoption of Elastic solutions. These programs include partner events, briefings, and special initiatives that require coordination, attention to detail, and consistent execution. We are looking for a Partner Marketing Program Associate to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of partner experiences and partner marketing programs. This role works closely with partner marketing team members and cross-functional teams to support high-quality partner-facing activities. What You Will Be Doing Programs Experiences Support execution of partner experiences, including events, briefings, and partner activities Assist with preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-up activities Help ensure partner programs are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards Coordination Execution Support coordination of timelines, deliverables, and inputs across teams Maintain trackers, documentation, and program status updates Assist with logistics, scheduling, and task follow-through Collaboration Communication Work closely with partner marketing team members and internal stakeholders Share updates and raise questions when clarification is needed Apply feedback to improve accuracy and consistency of work What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, program coordination, or a related role Experience supporting customer-facing or partner-facing activities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to complete assigned tasks within defined timelines Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively across teams Demonstrated attention to detail when supporting budgets, contracts, and purchase orders Availability for occasional travel as needed Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.
