About the Role As the Coding Manager, you will lead Sprinter Health’s Coding team, overseeing medical coders and coding auditors responsible for accurate, compliant, and timely code assignment across our in-home and virtual services. You will own coding operations, quality, and audit programs, and partner closely with clinical, operations, product, and revenue cycle stakeholders. You’ll play a critical role in building a high-performing, learning-oriented coding function that supports clean claims, risk adjustment, quality reporting, and our broader mission to expand access to preventive and chronic care.
