Founded in 2016, Verkada has expanded rapidly with 15 offices and 2,200+ full-time employees.</p></div><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking a hardworking and driven individual with energy and passion to drive new business acquisition in the Enterprise Division at Verkada. The Enterprise Development Representative role is generally a 12-18 month program that is designed to fast-track entry-level sales professionals into top performing Mid-Market Account Executives at Verkada. We are looking for experienced sales representatives to work with our Enterprise A/NZ team.</p> <p>You will have the opportunity to transition into an Account Executive role upon successful completion of the program. </p> <p>We are committed to a thriving in office culture. This role requires that you be on-site in our Sydney office five days a week. </p> <h3><strong>What You'll Do </strong></h3> <ul> <li>Hit daily expectations of cold-calls, emails and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Messages sent per day</li> <li>Hit monthly expectations of qualified meetings generated</li> <li>Work closely with your assigned Enterprise Account Executive by providing accurate lead distribution, and thorough discovery; generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities by positioning the value of Verkada</li> <li>Prospect, qualify, follow up and educate a high volume of cold leads </li> <li>Understand and uncover prospects needs and business problems to effectively communicate how Verkada can solve them</li> <li>Use Verkada tech stack and sales enablement tools according to Verkada standards; provide metrics on leads</li> <li>Establish connections with potential customers within the technical realm and collaborate with colleagues across different functions.</li> <li>Collaborate in a dynamic team environment, adapt to changes while creating high quality opportunities and revenue growth.</li> <li>Understanding of sales cycles and required qualification criteria.</li> <li>Have the knack for grasping complex business environments, figuring out what bugs customers, sorting out process hiccups, and turning needs into new business opportunities </li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="88" data-end="154">Minimum 1 year of B2B sales or business development experience</li> <li data-start="155" data-end="223">Comfortable with outbound prospecting, particularly cold calling</li> <li data-start="224" data-end="291">Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets</li> <li data-start="224" data-end="291">Must be willing and able to work onsite five days a week</li> <li data-start="224" data-end="291">Grit: You have discipline and drive</li> <li data-start="224" data-end="291">Organisation: Ability to structure day to day while juggling mult ...
