<p>As an Electrical Analysis Engineer, you will work on circuit analysis within Archer’s high voltage battery management system.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Specifically, you will</p>
<ul>
<li>Analyze circuit schematics, working closely with safety engineers to find single-point failures</li>
<li>Analyze the system-level effects of individual component failures within PCBAs.</li>
<li>Roll-up power consumption of the BMS PCBAs&nbsp; in each operating mode, and correlate to lab tests.</li>
<li>Perform worst-case accuracy analysis on measurement circuits.</li>
<li>Use circuit simulation tools to model and analyze hardware circuits in support of accuracy analyses.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Use software for automated circuit analysis in support of schematic-level FMEAs.</li>
<li>Analyze the system-level effects of single-event upsets and latch-ups.</li>
<li>Support reliability engineers to understand electrical operating conditions and derive failure rates.</li>
<li>Perform electrical stress analysis and component derating analysis on individual components.</li>
<li>Work closely with design engineers, to ensure the BMS hardware meets Archer’s&nbsp; safety, accuracy, and reliability requirements.</li>

<p><strong>What You Need:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience designing, modeling, or analyzing mixed-signal electrical circuits.</li>
<li>Experienced in circuit simulation tools such as LTSpice.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Bonus Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with high voltage systems or battery electronics.</li>
<li>Experience with electronics in regulated industries (e.g., aviation, medical devices).</li>
<li>Experience with DO-160G, DO-254, ISO 26262, or related standards.</li>
<li>Experienced in Altium Designer or a similar design tool.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Functional Hazard Assessment (FHA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and Failure Modes, Effects, and Diagnostic Analysis (FMEDA).</li>

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s strategy. For this position, we are targeting a base pay range of $105,000 - $145,000.
