<p class="p2"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As a Ground Support Equipment Technician, you will be in a hands-on role ensuring the reliability and readiness of all equipment supporting our flight test operations. You will maintain a wide array of GSE, ranging from high-voltage charging systems to heavy machinery, ensuring a safe and professional environment that meets FAA and company standards.</span></p>

<li class="li2" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Be responsible for servicing and maintaining all Flight Test Ground Support Equipment (GSE)</span></li>
<li class="li2" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly GSE maintenance schedules ensuring all equipment is functional, clean, and organized</span></li>
<li class="li2" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Support Archer’s scheduled vendor services such as fuel delivery and site services ensuring no gaps in coverage</span></li>
<li class="li2" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ensures a clean, organized, and professional workplace up to 5S standards, FOD prevention, and tool control</span></li>
<li class="li2" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ensure that products, parts, supplies, and consumables for GSE are adequately stocked to meet Flight Testing operations</span></li>
<li class="li2" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide plans and status updates back to the Airfield Ground Operations Manager on assigned projects</span></li>
<li class="li2" style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide input on the design and fabrication of GSE &amp; fixturing from a perspective of hands-on repairability and maintainability</span></li>
