Archer is a visionary company moving at an incredible pace, and our Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for engaging internally and externally at every level to ensure successful partnerships with best-in-class suppliers. This is an opportunity to work alongside world-class cross-functional leaders on a core enabling technology for a company that is disrupting sustainability and transportation.</div> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>Drive RFx and Supplier Selection process with key stakeholders</li> <li>Negotiate best-in-class value through thorough cost negotiation</li> <li>Close contract negotiations to support a successful transition into production</li> <li>Manage business relationships to develop productive partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional leaders to continuously evolve policies and procedures, enhancing organizational value and efficiency</li> <li>Travel: 20%</li> </ul> <div><strong>What You Need:</strong></div> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, or MBA/MS and 5+ years of experience</li> <li>Automotive or Aerospace cost negotiation expertise</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of high-volume supply contracts</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and highly-regulated environment</li> <li>Strong executive communication and internal/external negotiation skills</li> <li>Ability to cut through ambiguity and detail limitations to make concrete and sound decisions</li> <li>An insatiable curiosity and a keen attention to detail</li> <li>Solid analytical and computer skills (excel/sheets, word/docs, powerpoint/slides)</li> </ul> <div><strong>Bonus Qualifications:</strong></div> <ul data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li>Training in presentation and communication skills</li> <li>APICS Certification</li> </ul> <div>At Archer, we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent with the skills and leadership needed to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s strategy. For this position, we are targeting a base pay range of $130,800 - $155,000.
