Transaction Coordinator

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (the “Company”), a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap, Inc. (NYSE:MMI) is seeking a Transaction Coordinator, Capital Markets to support the execution, processing and closing of commercial real estate debt transactions, commercial real estate debt transactions. This role is responsible for preparing and organizing loan documentation, coordinating due diligence efforts, and ensuring transactions progress efficiently from engagement through closing. The Transaction Coordinator works closely with capital markets advisors, lenders, clients, and third-party vendors to maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely execution of financing transactions. The role may also provide an opportunity to assist in analytical work, market due diligence, and the production of marketing materials for real estate finance transactions, for the right candidate. This role is designated to be a non-exempt position. The base salary range for this role is $35.00 – $40.86 per hour. This position is eligible for a discretionary performance‑based bonus. The exact bonus amount is not guaranteed and will vary based on individual performance, team results, and company performance. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role.
