As the Director of Sales Compensation, you will play a pivotal role in this journey by designing the incentive structures that fuel our global go-to-market engine. You will lead the evolution of our compensation philosophy, ensuring our reward systems empower Rubrikans to do the best work of their careers while driving massive impact in the cybersecurity and AI era. Reporting to the Vice President of GTM Field Operations, you will be a strategic architect of motivation. You won't just manage plans; you will build a legacy of high performance, equity, and innovation across our global sales organization. What You’ll Do Strategic Design: Lead the annual global sales incentive planning process, architecting frameworks that align executive strategy with field execution across 30+ countries. Executive Partnership: Act as a key advisor to Senior Leadership and the Sales Compensation Committee, using data-driven insights to influence global incentive practices. AI Data Integration: Modernize compensation models to reflect our focus on AI transformation, ensuring incentives drive the right behaviors in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. Global Governance: Establish and maintain robust plan governance and documentation, ensuring consistency, transparency, and fairness across all global regions. Exceptions Oversight: Manage exception requests through a structured approval process, ensuring consistency, transparency, and adherence to compensation policies. Operational Excellence: Partner with Finance and Sales Ops to ensure seamless, automated execution within Xactly, prioritizing clarity and precision in every rollout. Performance Analytics: Unleash the potential of our data to monitor plan effectiveness, conducting deep-dive analyses to recommend proactive improvements. Empowerment through Communication: Develop compelling, inclusive communications that help our sales teams envision their growth and understand the direct impact of their success. Experience You’ll Need Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in sales compensation or commissions design and administration, with a proven track record of leading design at a global, public enterprise scale. Incentive Expertise: Deep mastery of incentive plan principles, including experience with Enterprise, Commercial, and Channel-based sales models. Technical Command: Advanced proficiency in Xactly and expert-level analytical skills (complex modeling and data visualization). Influence Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to navigate a matrixed environment and influence C-suite stakeholders without direct authority. Inclusive Communication: A commitment to clear, bias-free messaging that resonates across diverse global audiences and generations. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Cybersecurity or SaaS industry during a period of rapid AI-driven growth. Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
