We are looking for an FP&A Apprentice to join our team in Paris starting in July 2026. Reporting to the FP&A Senior Director, you will play a key role within the Finance Department and actively contribute to the company’s financial performance and strategic decision-making. Your Responsibilities Month-End Close Support: Contribute to the month-end closing process by analyzing financial performance from a cross-functional perspective. Management Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for top management. Budget & Forecasting: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing reports and dashboards, and analyzing consolidated results. Financial Analysis & Transformation: Participate in developing financial analyses that enhance business insights and support strategic decision-making as part of the company’s transformation initiatives. Business Partner Collaboration: Work closely with FP&A business partners and internal stakeholders to collect relevant data and ensure comprehensive financial oversight. New Fiscal Year Setup: Support the launch of the new fiscal year by preparing appropriate reporting tools and KPIs. Documentation & Process Improvement: Assist in documenting financial processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Your Profile Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.) and PowerPoint. Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Anaplan is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely. Work Ethic: Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Team Spirit: Comfortable working collaboratively and building effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders. Languages: Fluent in English and French, enabling effective communication with international subsidiaries and internal teams.
