<p class="p1">As we step into our next phase of growth, Everlaw is looking for a <strong>Senior Compensation Manager </strong>to shape and operationalize our global compensation programs. <br><br>As we enter this period of rapid growth, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our Compensation  strategy enables us to attract, engage and retain talented Everlawyers at all levels. To do this, you'll partner closely with our People, Finance, Legal, and leadership teams to scale our compensation programs, ensuring that they are market-competitive, equitable and aligned with our mission and values.</p> <p class="p1">This role requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence, combining deep compensation expertise, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and a willingness to roll your sleeves up and operationalize change through our Total Rewards tools (Navia, Pave, Radford, Rippling, and Sequoia to name a few!).</p> <p class="p1">This is a full-time exempt position based in our Oakland, California office <strong>with a hybrid work schedule: </strong>in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.</p> <h3>Getting started</h3> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">We’re committed to your success and want you to feel like a part of our team! We’re excited to find ways for you to contribute, and will create room for you to learn and grow along the way.</li> </ul> <h3>In your role, you'll...</h3> <ul> <li><strong>Steward our strategy, and ensure that our compensation programs  are clear, competitive, and compelling:</strong> In partnership with our Head of Total Rewards, Insights & Operations and the broader People Leadership Team, you’ll take stock of our compensation strategy annually, ensuring that our cash and equity enable us to attract, develop, and retain a talented team that thrives in a culture of pace and performance.</li> <li><strong>Program manage our bi-annual compensation cycles: </strong>You’ll translate strategy to execution, leading the end-to-end rollouts of our cash and equity compensation review cycles efficiently and effectively. You’ll partner with our Finance Team on modeling, recommendations, and budget sign off; collaborate with our People Programs team to develop helpful, high quality education; and sweat the details in Pave to ensure every Everlawyer gets the adjustment they earned.</li> <li><strong>Provide timely thought partnership: </strong>As new roles emerge, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand the core skills required, and craft new job bands to recognize and reward these meaningfully.</li> <li><strong>Uplevel our compensation tech stack: </strong>Throughout the year, you’ll take a holistic look at our Total Rewards tech stack and - in partnership with People Systems - continuously identify potential areas for improvement to support data-driven decision-making.
