Let’s shape the future of customer engagement together!</p></div><p><strong>About the role/team: </strong></p> <p>We are actively seeking a highly driven Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Content Personalization & Channels team. This role will be located in our Lisbon, Portugal office and is a hybrid role. In this pivotal role, we're looking for someone who is <em>super technical yet obsessively customer-focused</em>. You will own Iterable’s Mobile and Web SDKs as a core platform surface, ensuring they set a high bar for developer experience, reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.</p> <p>Our SDKs are foundational to how customers capture real-time signals, identify users, and execute orchestrated experiences across channels. As such, this role sits at the intersection of developer experience, system reliability, and customer value, requiring strong technical judgment and a platform mindset.</p> <p>Moreover, you will be responsible not only for feature delivery, but also for SDK lifecycle management, including versioning strategy, backward compatibility, deprecation planning, and safe rollout of breaking changes.</p> <p>Our Product Team thrives on collaboration with Design and Engineering, always prioritizing user empathy. You'll be right there with us, working hand-in-hand and directly with our customers, to identify and prioritize product features that will significantly impact Iterable's business. You'll take ownership of a broad product portfolio and its associated roadmap, consistently delivering delightful and innovative experiences to our customers.
