About the Role We are seeking a System Reliability Engineer to join our Internal Systems Engineering, Apps and Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of Veeam’s Microsoft 365 and identity platforms. You’ll manage hybrid environments, support complex implementations, and serve as a trusted escalation point for critical services such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID. This position offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale cloud systems, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate closely with global IT and infrastructure teams. What You’ll Do Administer and support the entire suite of Microsoft 365 services across the organization (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, etc.) Manage and maintain a hybrid mail environment, including on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online Administer Single Sign-On (SSO) and I dentity M anagement based on Microsoft Entra ID Configure and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, Enterprise Applications, and related Entra ID services Serve as an escalation point and provide Level 3 technical support for services in responsible area Participate in IT infrastructure and system implementation projects Monitor and respond to infrastructure and service alerts, managing incidents from detection to resolution Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles What You’ll Bring Broad understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and cloud technologies 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, including Conditional Access, MFA, and Entra ID applications 3+ years of experience administering and troubleshooting various Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate) 3+ years of solid experience managing Microsoft Exchange ( both on-premises and Exchange Online ) Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and use of Microsoft Graph API for automation and reporting Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) Solid knowledge of the OSI model, network traffic fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques Bonus Skills Experience migrating on-premises services to Microsoft 365 or Azure and managing hybrid environments Experience administering and troubleshooting Active Directory and Windows Server in multi-domain environments F amiliarity with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) What You’ll Get 21 annual vacation days, additional days based on tenure, plus 4 extra global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares Private health, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents, including outpatient care, hospitalization, pregnancy monitoring, and psychology support Monthly lifestyle and daily meal benefits: 40 RON/day via Edenred and 600 RON/month through a flexible cafeteria platform Life insurance (2× annual gross salary), critical illness, and disability coverage, plus vision reimbursement Free access to Bookster library platform for borrowing your favorite books for free Opportunities to learn and grow through on-demand libraries (LinkedIn Learning, O’Reilly), mentoring, workshops and learning events like our annual Global ...
