What you'll do As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of self-serve SME customers, helping them unlock the full value of the Airwallex platform. You’ll drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth through proactive lifecycle marketing, education, and strategic support. This is a great opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations. Responsibilities - Promote the advantages of using the Airwallex platform and ensure our customer base is utilising it in the most effective way - Educate and drive engagement with our portfolio of customers to use the full range of Airwallex products - Be a close point of contact for solving customer issues, in tandem with the Customer Support and Operations teams - Build strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their advocate within Airwallex - Collect and analyse customer feedback to enhance products, services, and engagement - Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address at-risk accounts to prevent churn Who you are We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. This role is based in our Aukland office.
