About this role: The Account Director in Japan will manage and own the entire customer journey for our clients. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships, driving revenue through upsells, and ensuring renewals, your core KPIs. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, self-motivation, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll serve as a trusted partner and advisor to clients, helping them maximize the value of the Sensor Tower platform while ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention. This role requires someone who is proactive, commercially savvy, and passionate about customer success in a data-driven SaaS environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience. Hybrid – 2 days in the office (Tuesdays and Thursdays) / 3 days work-from-home.
