Payments team is doubling down on platform perspective and innovation to facilitate scaling needed for 10x growth for Bill, leveraging modernization and Gen AI technologies. We’d love to chat if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in software engineering. Experience leveraging Gen AI technologies to accelerate software engineering by designing prompts, rigorously evaluating outputs, and integrating LLMs Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of new platform services. Expertise in building and maintaining large-scale, high-volume, high-availability, low-latency systems. Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated experience in the payment industry or supporting platform development. Proficiency in version control, code reviews, testing, and deployment automation. Ability to mentor and guide other engineers in best practices and advanced technical concepts. Experience with machine learning model integration and data pipeline design. The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
