About the Team Role
Rubrik’s Employer Brand team powers a unified, inspiring talent brand across the globe. We’re hiring a hands-on Employer Brand Creative Lead who will bring our EVP to life for India/APAC through high-quality content, campaigns, and experiences. This is an execution-driven role: you will design, produce, and ship assets that elevate our careers site, recruitment marketing, social presence, and candidate/employee experience. You’ll collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, People, Internal Creative/Brand, Regional Leaders, and agency partners to deliver consistent, culturally resonant work that fuels hiring outcomes and Rubrikan pride. You will translate Rubrikan stories—employee spotlights, project wins, community impact, and customer outcomes—into external and internal marketing materials (videos, social content, one‑pagers, careers site modules) tailored for India/APAC, with a particular focus on Bangalore and Pune audiences.

What You’ll Do
Creative direction systemization
Implement and adapt global employer brand design frameworks for India/APAC.
Translate EVP pillars and RIVET values into tangible visuals and copy guidelines for local use.
Maintain accessibility and inclusivity standards.
Content production campaign activation
Produce end-to-end creative for recruitment campaigns.
Build multi-asset packs (static, motion, video cutdowns) optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Glassdoor, Indeed.
Localize global campaigns to India/APAC audiences; propose net-new India-first creative where needed.
Build story‑led content from Rubrikan interviews and team achievements; turn narratives into multi‑format assets (short video, carousel posts, articles, one‑pagers).
Maintain an editorial calendar of Bangalore/Pune stories (employee features, team milestones, local events) and publish across internal and external channels.
Careers site UX/content refresh (with Internal Creative/Web Teams)
Partner to redesign/refresh key pages: Careers Homepage, Why Join Rubrik, Teams, Locations, Job Post pages.
Provide wireframe-level guidance, hero imagery, modules, and copy frameworks aligned to EVP.
QA for brand consistency, accessibility, and conversion (CTAs, apply flow, talent community sign-ups).
Video photography
Own short-form video production: recruiting hype (60–90s), Rubrikan testimonials (30–60s), org/regional spotlights.
Direct shoots and edit deliverables.
Define and enforce photography/videography style guides; manage shoots in Bangalore and APAC hubs.
Plan and capture Bangalore/Pune office life and local events; produce authentic, people‑driven footage and photo sets that showcase teams, culture, and impact.
Interview Rubrikans and script short story arcs; oversee edits to deliver concise, high‑engagement content for India/APAC.
Recruitment marketing assets templates
Create “Now Hiring,” “Meet the Rubrikan,” LinkedIn/profile banners, recruiter toolkits, event collateral, candidate email headers.
Build scalable Figma/Canva libraries and usage guides; train TA and regional partners on self-serve usage.
Package Rubrikan stories into repeatable templates (Meet the Rubrikan, team spotlights, local event recaps) for rapid activation by recruiters and regional partners.
Inclusion localization
Ensure imagery, language, channels, and examples reflect the Bangalore and Pune talent ecosystems (tech communities, universities, meetups, local media), while remaining globally inclusive and on brand.
