What You Get to Do in This Role - Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to diagnose customer challenges, develop account strategies, and build PoVs to open up new conversations and build business justifications to close deals - Value Lifecycle Management: Execute value-based activities throughout the sales cycle to drive consumption and ensure customers realize the full ROI of their Snowflake journey. - Quantitative Analysis: Deliver high-impact Value Assessments pre and post sales. - Executive Presence: Create and present compelling business cases and value realization reports tailored for CXO audiences. - Practice Innovation: Contribute to the development of new value assets and collateral, specifically focusing on building and refining AI-native tools for pre- and post-sales conversations. - Sales Enablement: Educate sales teams on value engineering best practices and the effective use of AI tools to enhance value-based selling. - Travel: Ability to travel 25-30% to support key sales efforts and industry events. In Order to Be Successful in This Role, You Need: - Experience: 7-10 years of experience in value consulting, management consulting, or financial/investment analysis. - AI Tech Fluency: Proven ability to build and deploy AI-native tools to scale value conversation - Financial Acumen: Deep expertise in ROI and TCO concepts, with the ability to demonstrate practical use of NPV, IRR, and Payback metrics. - Cloud & Data Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise cloud economics and data management concepts, including Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, and Data Science. - Communication: Outstanding presentation skills and executive presence, with the ability to translate complex quantitative data into qualitative business stories. - Domain Expertise: Knowledge of FinOps concepts and experience with industry benchmarking in sectors like Financial Services, Retail, or Healthcare. - Mindset: A go-getter, naturally curious and collaborative demeanour - Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
