Paid Media Specialist

Ready to be a Titan? We are looking for a powerhouse Paid Media Specialist to join our performance marketing team at ServiceTitan. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic leader with 2 years of hands-on experience across the full Google and Microsoft Ads suites as well as familiarity with Programmatic advertising. You will be the architect of a unified, full-funnel strategy—balancing high-intent Search with high-impact YouTube, Display, and Demand Gen campaigns. The ideal candidate doesn't just run ads; they are a proactive growth driver who integrates data, creative, and technical precision to exceed business KPIs. What you'll do: Holistic Strategy: Develop and execute a cross-channel media plan where Search, Video, and Display work in a unified ecosystem to drive both brand awareness and direct conversions in coordination with other channels such as Paid Social, Organic, and ABM. Full-Funnel Management: Direct management of high-scale budgets across Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen) and Microsoft Ads. Proactive Innovation: Constantly identify and test new betas, audience segments, and bidding strategies. You are expected to stay ahead of industry shifts (e.g., privacy changes, AI-driven bidding). Creative Strategy & Feedback: Act as the bridge between performance data and the creative team, providing granular, actionable insights to optimize video and static assets. Communication: Translate complex multi-channel performance data into high-level business insights for leadership and teammates, focusing on incremental growth & ROAS. What you'll bring: Experience: 2 years of dedicated experience in paid media advertising, with a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual budgets. Platform Expertise: Mastery of Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen), Microsoft Ads, and Google Ads Editor. Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of integrations (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) for closed-loop reporting, data analysis, and issue solving. Strategic Mindset: Ability to explain the Halo Effect—how top-of-funnel visual media directly influences bottom-of-funnel search volume. Proactive Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage expectations and influence stakeholders at all levels.
